It is taken for granted, served at the dinner table in \u201ctable watering cans\u201d and, if necessary, offered in small plastic bags for on the go. Did you know that good olive oil can actually be made from all olives?<br \/>The punch line: many people don&#039;t know. Not even the farmers themselves. And that&#039;s a real shame, because so many of the olive oil&#039;s nuances and aromas are lost just through the harvesting and extraction methods, but such oil is all too often praised in &quot;connoisseur circles&quot; as &quot;really not bad at all&quot;. And there is a very simple rule for this: if you want to increase the yield, ignore all of the above points. That will give you the best results in terms of quantity. Since our TEIKEI farmers have calculated the production costs very well, we can influence production and instead devote ourselves to producing a really good olive oil, instead of having to generate the most yield.<\/p>\n<p>We may have already produced a good olive oil, but it is still a long way from finding its way to your home. We appeal to all kitchen heroes to use a short, crisp preparation time when cooking with olive oil so that the aromas are preserved. Of course, this is not always possible, but who likes overcooked vegetables? In Asian cuisine, they know exactly how to prepare vegetables very aromatically. Unfortunately, there is almost no olive oil there. So it is probably NOW time to marry Asian cuisine with Greek cuisine. Das ist auch richtig so, doch \u201ewirklich gar nicht schlecht\u201c ist uns echt nicht gut genug!<\/p><p><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-252635\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teikeiolive.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/03\/Olivenoelverkostung-1024x383.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"383\" \/><\/p><p>Denn f\u00fcr wirklich gutes Oliven\u00f6l m\u00fcssen einige Punkte bei der Ernte und beim Pressen beachtet werden:<\/p><p>die Oliven sollten eher fr\u00fcher, als sp\u00e4ter geerntet werden<br \/>die geernteten Oliven sollten so wenig Sonnenlicht wie nur m\u00f6glich abbekommen und schnellstm\u00f6glich den Weg in die M\u00fchle finden<br \/>geerntete Oliven brauchen Luft, das Schlimmste ist der Transport zu M\u00fchle in Plastiks\u00e4cken<br \/>je k\u00fcrzer der Pressvorgang geht, desto besser f\u00fcr die Aromen und die gesundheitsf\u00f6rderlichen Stoffe.<\/p><p><img class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-252636\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teikeiolive.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/03\/Olivenpresse-cF.Schroeder-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" \/><\/p><p>Bei den meisten Produzenten kommt es jedoch nicht so sehr auf die Aromen und die gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Stoffe an, sondern um den Ertrag. Und daf\u00fcr gibt es eine ganz einfache Regel: M\u00f6chtest du den Ertrag steigern, so missachte all die oberen Punkte. Da kommst du Mengenm\u00e4ssig am besten weg. Da bei unseren TEIKEI B\u00e4uerinnen und Bauern die Produktionskosten sehr gut durchgerechnet sind, k\u00f6nnen wir Einfluss auf die Produktion nehmen und uns stattdessen der Herstellung von einem wirklich guten Oliven\u00f6l widmen, anstatt den meisten Ertrag erwirtschaften zu m\u00fcssen.<\/p><p>Jetzt haben wir zwar schonmal ein gutes Oliven\u00f6l gewonnen, jedoch hat es noch lange nicht den Weg zu Dir nach Hause gefunden. Auch hierbei m\u00fcssen wir auf einiges achten, was jedoch im Detail den Rahmen des Beitrags sprengen w\u00fcrde.<br \/>Wir machen also einen kleinen Sprung und gehen weiter zu dem Punkt, an dem Du das erntefrische TEIKEI Oliven\u00f6l endlich in Deinen H\u00e4nden h\u00e4ltst\u2026<\/p><h3>UNSERE EMPFEHLUNGEN<\/h3><p>Frisch gebrauchen \u2026<br \/>Es lohnt sich sehr, sich Oliven\u00f6l in kleineren Mengen f\u00fcr den t\u00e4glichen Gebrauch bereitzustellen. So kann es am wenigsten durch Einfl\u00fcsse wie Oxidation und UV Einwirkung durch die Sonnenstrahlen seinen Geschmack ver\u00e4ndern. Deshalb \u00fcberlege Dir gut, wie Du Dein Oliven\u00f6l verwenden m\u00f6chtest und welche Gebinde sich f\u00fcr Dich am besten eignen.<\/p><h3><img class=\" wp-image-252631 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teikeiolive.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/03\/Olivenoel-in-Mehrwegflasche-cF.Schroeder-1-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"356\" height=\"475\" \/>OLIVEN\u00d6L IN DER MEHRWEGFLASCHE<\/h3><p>Der Vorteil von unseren TEIKEI Oliven\u00f6l in Mehrwegflaschen ist, dass Du Dich um nichts mehr weiter k\u00fcmmern musst, da ein halber Liter meistens schneller verbraucht ist, als dass das Oliven\u00f6l durch nat\u00fcrliche Einfl\u00fcsse altern kann<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3><img class=\" wp-image-252630 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.teikeiolive.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2024\/03\/Olivenoel-20l-Fass-cF.Schroeder-1-225x300.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"402\" height=\"536\" \/>OLIVEN\u00d6L EDELSTAHLFASS<\/h3><p>Beim TEIKEI Oliven\u00f6l im Mehrwegfass ist es so, dass wir auf das eingef\u00fcllte Oliven\u00f6l in dem Fass ein lebensmittelechtes Gas drauf \u201esetzen\u201c. Wir appellieren eine kurze, knackige Zubereitszeit an alle K\u00fcchenheld:innen, wenn du mit Oliven\u00f6l kochst, damit die Aromen erhalten bleiben.
